Our tutor will be Miggs Ishbel McTaylor, a professionally trained chef who became a Botanical Cuisine Specialist. She has been teaching plant-based cooking and contributing recipes to publications in NZ and the US. Most recently she styled and photographed a cookbook focused using olive oil, leaves, flowers and fruit in cooking. |
