DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin us for a plant-based cooking demonstration and social cooking.  We will create a Mediterranean feast with a focus on local\, fresh seasonal produce incorporating Blue Earth Olive oils. \n\nStart with coffee (or tea) as you arrive\nParticipate in cooking class\nTake away recipes for you to try at home\nTaste award winning Blue Earth Olive oils\nTour the olive grove and vineyard\nEat a leisurely lunch matched with The Elder Pinot wines\n\nOur tutor will be Miggs Ishbel McTaylor\, a professionally trained chef who became a Botanical Cuisine Specialist. She has been teaching plant-based cooking and contributing recipes to publications in NZ and the US.
