DESCRIPTION:The Comedy Hub and The Village Cafe & Bar are excited to present Comedy in the Cafe\, featuring Alan McElroy & Friends. \nAlan is an award winning Irish comedian\, living in New Zealand. He has performed at the Edinburgh Fringe\, Electric Picnic & performed to sold out crowds around New Zealand with his Irish & Scottish comedy show\, Booze & Craic. \nAlso featuring:\nMC Alexander Sparrow (Best MC\, Comedy Hub Awards 2022; Best Show\, Wellington Comedy Awards 2017)\nAunty Lianne (Outstanding Overall Comedy\, Auckland Fringe 2022; Best Female Comedian\, Comedy Hub Awards 2020).\nPat Goldsack (Best Comedy\, Whangarei Fringe Festival 2022; Best Comedy\, Palmy Fringe Festival 2018) \nSeating is a combination of mixed-size\, cabaret-style tables. As such\, smaller parties may be asked to share tables and larger parties may be split to fit available tables. We will attempt to seat parties together\, where possible. Seating will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis unless a full table is booked for the event. \nPlease note that this performance may contain some adult themes and strong language.
