A Spring Rhapsody with the NZSO & The Runholder
IN CELEBRATION OF SPRING, we are excited to welcome a special NZSO brass ensemble to The Runholder for a Spring Rhapsody of music and fine food on Saturday 30th September.
The ensemble will include five brass players and one percussionist from the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra…
David Johnson & Cheryl Hollinger on Trumpet, David Bremner on Trombone, Shannon Pittaway on Bass Trombone, Lenny Sakofsky on Percussion and Alex Hambleton on Horn.
The ensemble will play a collection of pieces from Baroque to present day matched with a three-course dinner.
Head Chef Tim Smith has crafted a three-course spring feast celebrating Wairarapa’s best. With fresh fish from Tora Collective, olive oil from Olivio, sourdough from Clareville Bakery and more, the menu will perfectly complement the music.
