Martinborough Toy Library
We are a not for profit charity who exist primarily to help children play! We want our local kids to have fun and the parents to have access to great resources for their children at a very small cost.
We cater to children up to 6 years old and have a large range of over 300 toys including ride-ons, kitchens, infant and toddler toys, train sets, role play toys and dress ups.
Martinborough Toy Library is open Saturday mornings 10.00am – 12.00pm with the exception for Christmas holidays (mid-December through to mid-January) and Martinborough Fair Days.
10 Good Reasons to Join Our Toy Library
- Enables your children to indulge their latest passion or craze without breaking the bank.
- It’s a great Saturday morning activity during wet weather.
- It’s a great way to keep your house free of permanent ‘plastic clutter’.
- It’s a good lesson in sharing and responsibility.
- It’s great for the environment as it’s a true reduce and reuse service.
- It gives you a chance to try out more expensive toys such as balance bikes before you buy.
- The kids can’t wait to go and it’s better than the toy shop as they can ‘shop’ to their heart’s content.
- It’s a good way to get to know local families in your community.
- Hire those really BIG toys and then you don’t have to store them. Fun!
