Knucklebone Coffee Bar
The name Knucklebones comes from our childhood of hanging out, playing with friends, and sharing a laugh.
Knucklebone is a well established Coffee Bar and partners the community hub of the Waihinga Centre in Martinborough which includes the public library, Plunket, toy library, i-SITE, a refurbished Town Hall events venue, the newly developed playground and soon a new banking hub.
When the word was out that the Waihinga Centre would feature a coffee bar, we put our hand up. We wanted to help deliver a space that our community would love and we were stoked to employ more locals making sure we were considerate of the offerings already provided by our existing community cafés. With this in mind we kept it simple.
Knuckles is serving up ‘In The Neighbourhood Coffee Roasters’ second coffee blend Hopscotch and are also proud to be banging out Martinborough’s famous Cartel Food Burritos. We have some really great vegan and dairy free/gluten free food options
Our target market is visitors to both i-site, library and newly developed community playground, meetings and conferences held in the town hall, as well as visitors to local events in the centre. Knucklebone also attracts cyclists, thai chi, walking groups, Te Reo and mother groups along with a large number of corporate workers, working from home with power points and wifi available, and printing services in the library. The perfect location to meet, work or play.
Open 9am-4pm 7 days. Come hang out when you are next in the Square Martinborough.
