Wairarapa dietitian, Sarah Percy, presents on nutrition during perimenopause and beyond with simple actions you can take to provide nourishment & balance.
Local Yoga teacher, Helen Hickson, offers advice on taking time to pause and honour you, through relaxation and breathwork.
Gorgeous catered lunch, with fresh, seasonal and healthy ingredients. Lovingly prepared by chef Nick Arnold from Mortar and Trestle.
Fizzy probiotic goodness, with a fermented drink from Greytown’s Happy Belly Ferments. A selection of teas, coffee, infused water, and a delicious afternoon tea.
